I will be the first person to vouch whole-heartedly for morning sickness remedies. With my first my morning sickness was unbearable. The second time it was nearly non-existent and the third time around it was in between. Each time, however, I had morning sickness remedies on hand just in case. If you’ve never had morning sickness, beware. It doesn’t always affect you in the morning. Sometimes it hits during lunch or even late in the evening. Morning sickness remedies like Preggie Pop Drops or Sea Bands can be super helpful in relieving your nausea. If your nausea gets to be unbearable, speak to your doctor about prescribing something safe for you and baby.
2. Healthy snacks

7. Water bottle
Did you know that dehydration can sometimes lead to contractions and other complications? A large water bottle that can hold enough water to keep you hydrated throughout the day is a must have. It can be a great reminder of how much water you should be drinking every day.
8. Belly lotion

18. Labor/delivery kit
