DIY Mother’s Day Gifts
I love personalized gifts. They’re heartfelt and they make moms feel extra special. So of course I put together a few options for easy DIY Mother’s Day gifts just in time for moms special day.
Gift Card Bouquet
COST: VARIES DEPENDING ON GIFT CARDS ($1 CARDSTOCK FOR BOUQUET HOLDER)
A gift card bouquet is the perfect gift to put together if you’re down to the wire and don’t have time to get anything else. Honestly you can’t go wrong with one. Grab a couple of gift cards, glue them to dowel rods and insert them into a bouquet of flowers or a plant mom will love. You can even add a little extra personalized touch by creating gift card holders and a card using your Cricut. You can watch a full tutorial of the gift card bouquet DIY on my Instagram.
Fingerprint Flower Pots
COST: $6 for planter craft + cost of plant
My kids love to make these fingerprint flower pots. Not only are they cost affordable but they make great gifts for any occasion. All you need is a few clay pots, acrylic paint and a paint marker.
Bath Bombs
Bath bombs are such a fun and easy DIY to make plus they’re the perfect self care gift for moms. You only need 4 ingredients for the bath bombs: 2 cups baking soda, 1 cup citric acid, a few drops of essential oils and 100% witch hazel in a spray bottle.
Personalized Scallop Edge Picture Frame
COST: $2
These picture frames are by far my favorite to gift. They’re so easy to customize. These frames from Michaels are only $1 plus they come in different shapes and sizes. Grab some acrylic paint in moms favorite color to paint then decorate with some sticker decals or permanent vinyl.
Handprint Floral Picture Frame
COST: $10
Would you make any of these DIY Mother’s Day gifts?
