This Strawberry Oatmeal Lactation Smoothie was created in collaboration with Ninja Kitchen. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
If you’ve read Tristan’s story and our last update in my latest life lately post, you know that Tristan is growing quickly. Keeping up with milk production is intense and this mama has got to keep up somehow. I’ve been doing research on foods that can increase milk production and decided to create the perfect strawberry oatmeal lactation smoothie. To be honest, this was the perfect time to break in my new Nutri Ninja Blender Duo. I’ve been dying to put this baby to the test since the day I got it. The Nutri Ninja® Nutri Bowl™ Duo™ was the perfect kitchen gadget I needed to make the perfect strawberry oatmeal lactation smoothie.
Making this smoothie was super easy with the Nutri Ninja® Nutri Bowl™ Duo™. First, I gathered all of my ingredients that I needed to make this smoothie. Then, all I did was literally toss all of the ingredients into the cup, press the smoothie button, and blended everything together using the Pro Extractor Blade. I don’t like my smoothies to have chunks so I chose to use the Auto-iQ Boost feature which blends for a longer time using a unique pausing and pulsing patterns. Finally, I simply removed the cup from the base and switched the blade for the spout lid and was on the go.
