Make this easy Strawberry Hibiscus Spritz mocktail with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for girls night, brunch, or any celebration!

There’s just something about girls night that makes an ordinary evening feel a little more special. Good food, lots of catching up, laughing until your stomach hurts, and of course a cute drink to sip on.
And because I’m all about making life feel beautiful without making it complicated, I wanted a drink that looked pretty, tasted delicious, and could be made in a pitcher so I wasn’t stuck in the kitchen making individual drinks all night.
I made this Strawberry Hibiscus Spritz mocktail with girls night in mind, and it checks all the boxes: fruity, refreshing, bubbly, and easy to make in one pitcher. Basically, you can make the drink and then actually go enjoy your guests instead of playing bartender all night.
