Ingredients
  • 1 sweet Hawaiian roll or bread of choice
  • butter
  • 1 hash brown
  • 1 folded egg (I use Just Eggs folded eggs because my kids love them so much and they're a great vegan alternative to eggs)
  • 1 Cheese slice (I love to use Violife cheddar, provolone or gouda)
  • 1 vegan sausage patty
Instructions
  1. Cut your bread in half.

  2. Lightly butter both sides of your bread and toast in a pan face down.

  3. Place your ingredients onto your bottom bun in this order: egg, cheese, hash brown, sausage patty, top bun. If you really love cheese like my family does you can use 2 slices of different cheese to add to your flavor profile.
