Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp sugar add as much or as little as you'd like - could also use a sweetener
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5-6 oz strawberry yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend using the smoothie function. (Turn the AutoiQ boost function off for a thicker smoothie. This will blend your smoothie for 30 seconds rather than 60.)
