This post is written in partnership with Toyota. All thoughts and opinions are my own.Happy Friday friends! Remember a few weeks ago when I shared on Instagram that I was cruising around in the Toyota Prius? I got so much done during my week in this beauty. I’m finally spilling all of the details about our time together.
The Toyota Prius is a dream
My first thoughts when the Prius arrived at my house were “oh this is cute” but not in the chic cute way. It was more of the this is a cute car for a kid kind of way.
Then I drove it. Our first day together was a little touchy. This little thing could go fast, faster than I’d ever imagined. I had to get used to the futuristic layout of the inside of the car too. My car was old, like really old. It didn’t even have push to start. The Toyota Prius was a new kind of car for me.
After our first day of getting acquainted things started to get better. I started to fall more and more in love with the Prius every second we spent together. I made my to-do lists every day and we would knock every single thing off of my list. We went grocery shopping, took Tatiana to ballet and swim lessons, went for joy rides, and even managed to squeeze a couple of business meetings in during our one-week rendezvous.
We spent one week together. It was magical. It was memorable. When I had to say goodbye, it hurt. I was able to get 52 MPG in this bad boy. I didn’t have to fill the tank a single time. Can you believe that during our entire time together I only used a quarter tanks of gas?!? I didn’t want to let it go and neither did Tatiana.
Honestly, I think all mamas need a Toyota Prius to get all the things done. It’s comfy and cozy plus has all the space you could’ve ever dreamed of. If you think you need something a little bigger, check out my post from my time with the Toyota Rav 4.
Have you ever driven a Toyota Prius?
