Pure Barre studios have been popping up everywhere, so I was super excited when I found out that they were coming to Orlando. Of course, I had to get into the studio to try out a class and now I’m in love! The class was super fun and not too long (I hate long workouts!).
1. The workout is never the same. The instructors over at Pure Barre change up the routine so it’s fresh and fun every time you visit.
2. Everyone can do it! No matter what age or stage you’re at in your fitness journey, you can do the Pure Barre routine. Even pregnant women and men can take Pure Barre classes.
3. You’ll see results within 2 weeks of your first class.
5. In one class, you’ll work out multiple areas of your body. And, it’ll be a good workout!
6. You can bring your friends and get fit together!
7. You can feel the benefits of your workout during your class. Your legs will tingle and your body will shake, but I promise you’ll love it!
